It also includes a latigo and off-billet set to fit a western style cinch and a secure, built-in handle to help keep you in place while riding. Cinch and breast-collar not included. A 1/2 “ felt pad is attached by Velcro underneath pad for extra comfort. The under-pad is both removable and replaceable when needed.
